Points to consider

Knives
Given the current general concern about knives, it is perhaps appropriate to remind parents that the bringing by pupils of knives of any kind to school is strictly forbidden.
Possession of a knife (or any other potentially offensive item) will be regarded as a very serious matter and will attract a correspondingly severe sanction, including referral to the Police in appropriate cases. Back to top
Damage to school property
It is the policy of the Governors that wilful or careless damage must be paid for. Lost text, exercise or library books must be paid for or replaced. In cases of damage or theft, restitution may be enforced, if necessary, through police and legal action. Back to top
Cycles
The school no longer has facilities for pupils' cycles. Indeed, given the heavy traffic before morning school and at 3.00pm, young cyclists would be exposed to danger. Back to top
Safety Information - Important!
PARENTS ARE ASKED NOT TO USE THE SCHOOL DRIVE BETWEEN 8.00 AND 8.30 am AND BETWEEN 2.45 AND 3.15 pm IN ORDER TO MINIMISE THE RISK TO PEDESTRIANS. Back to top
